    Steel tracks over wheels

Please check out the link below. I've run these on my 743B and I can argue it's hard to get stuck. I can go up a slick hill in a rain storm. https://tractiontracks.com/

I didn't know you could do that. If I did, I won't have asked. I appreciate the response.

    Hydraulic filter cross reference

Good Morning All, It's time for me to change my hydraulic filter. Does anyone have a part number from NAPA that's equvilant to 6668819? It's going to be installed in a 743B. PS - Been awhile since I posted here. The new interface looks nice. Thank you!

    743B Lift Pump PSI?

Hey Guys, Looking to get an electric lift pump put inline on the ol' 743B. What PSI is required? Went to my local NAPA and they gave me this option: https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/CFPB0128E Is this correct? As always, thanks in advance.

    Bobcat 743b

Did you check all the associated fuses? Had the same issue with a jeep I owned years back. Ended up being the wiring that was feeding my fuse box.

    TractionTracks

I just picked up a used set and I am preparing to head deep into the woods with them. I am super excited to make it to the back of my property and finally have a nice path when I am done. I watch videos on Youtube and these chain tracks look like they could drive though a soup bowl. Any tips for...

New (to me) 743 Bobcat Maintenance Questions

I would check the glow plugs. It's one of the first things I did when I bought my 743B. It was laboring when starting up. Turns out it had two bad plugs. I used the video linked below: https://youtu.be/n8N1PTQ_HJc Good luck with the new project!

743 Drive Motor Seal Replacement Process

The shuttle valve is the original issue. The rubber was causing a leak. If this isn't installed properly (plug installed instead of bushing), would this cause the loss of control and it still leaking? If so, how do I setup the valve properly? I am a complete newbie.....this forum is saving my ass!

743 Drive Motor Seal Replacement Process

Thanks for the reply, Tazza. I took it apart again and put it back together. I have lost all steering on that side of the cat. Feeling dejected tonight.

743 Drive Motor Seal Replacement Process

Carefully I put it back in place with a press. Is it supposed to be that tight? Need to pick up some hose before I can test it out. I am guessing that I will have all kinds of issues on start up.
