When under a load, the primer bulb goes flat and throws a code for low rail pressure. Everything between the fuel tank and primer bulb are good. Replaced primer bulb and fuel line. Removed and cleaned elbow in tank and pick up screen was clear. Tried routing to a 5 gallon and the problem...
