T740 Bobcat Primer Bulb Going Flat

When under a load, the primer bulb goes flat and throws a code for low rail pressure. Everything between the fuel tank and primer bulb are good. Replaced primer bulb and fuel line. Removed and cleaned elbow in tank and pick up screen was clear. Tried routing to a 5 gallon and the problem persisted. Any ideas???

i have a 753 F that did the same thing . I will break the line at the primer bulb and blow air back to tank . After Christmas will try to remember to report back .

Not sure how well that will work. There should be a screen on the end of the intake tube that has a check valve in it.

Mine did that was crushed kinked fuel line after I checked screen on pick-up tube in tank fuel hose was pinched between oil pan and fuel tank .
would run a few minutes then die.
