I am definitely not paying 800 to repair this cylinder. I can buy two new tilt cylinders online for around 4-500 and I think I can make it work

I was quoted 800 bucks to get it repaired because they couldn't find parts for it, so they were going to machine the parts themselves. Any idea where to get parts for these cylinders? All I could find was a seal kit on ebay which I bought and gave to them with the cylinder
