    ASV 4810 Track Tenstion

Cage rollers rolling freely?.. track adjusting bolts in the same holes each side?. did you try swap tracks left to right, see if it follows the track? Front/rear axles running in line and square to the frame. Uneven high/low sides on the cage rollers might be an issue,a belt allways wants to...

    shop manual

I'm looking for a used shop/repair manual for a 2000-2002 3054T cat engine. Catterpillar wants way to much for one and perkins don't have them, neither does ASV

    ASV 4810 Track Tenstion

maybe the brg on the outside of the planetary/cage drive is busted.. How are the lugs on the tracks?,if they are tapered badly they might want to climb the cage.

    ASV track axles

well i guess if oil gets out trough the seals, dirt and water can get in,that's why i figured on using sealed brgs. I think i'm gonna try it,if they last a 1000 hrs i'll be happy,by that time the tracks will be shot and have to come off again anyway. I won't be doing custom work anyway so down...

    ASV track axles

I found some track roller axle brgs where shot on my ASV 4810 cause all the gear oil had leaked out(not visable at purchase) on most other axles as well. New Seals are $35 a piece, gets costly replacing them at $75 per axle + $30 for brgs. I was thinking of using the old seals and new sealed...

    Advice on rubber track purchase

If there are only 2 factories in the world making these tracks, would OEM tracks not come from the same places? Did anyone import tracks themselves? I seen on the web one can get them FOB factory for $2200 a pair. OEM is over 6 grand for a pair for my ASV 4810

ASV 4810 boom cylinders not holding

Damn thing is,a true repair and trouble shooting manual is not avalable for these ASV loaders(at least none i can find). And the parts breakdown shows only the assembled control valve,no exploded view or individual parts. Loader drop only occurs when warmed up,no drop when cold.

    Control Valve Leak- Test?

ASV 4810 boom cylinders not holding

I got a little(or not so little) problem. Every time when raising the loader, the Loader drops 8 0r 10" after letting go of the joystick, but holds steady after that. Position of the loader don't matter. I thought maybe the cyl seals where shot, but after taking the cylinders apart the seals look...
