Any idea which line it would be on a T450? Here's an image of the hydraulics. I checked one and it wasn't correct. I can check more, I just thought I'd ask in case you knew. Thank you!!
Well, the fuel issue seems to be sorted out. I ran it fairly hard for 20 minutes or so and the prime bulb had not collapsed and it seemed to have continuous power, no bogging down. The fuel bulb felt much squishier. I'm pleasantly surprised.
And for the H2607 code - I seated the harness into...
Well, I finally got around to working on this. After taking it apart, the elbow looks very clear. No obstructions when blowing through it. I ordered a new elbow, pickup tube, and grommet so I'll put those in but I'm not confident that those parts are the problem. Fingers crossed.
Aside from...
Hmmm that's a good question - I'm not sure how to check that. Are you talking about the switch on the handle? And do you know how to check that? Based upon other machines, I would expect that switch to be wired into the ECU and then the ECU to send signal to the solenoid, rather than the...
Well, I replaced the solenoid and I'm still getting the code. I measured the old one and got about 5.1 ohms, which is what the manual says it should read. I must have screwed something up when I swapped wires - I think I Just swapped one and got 2 codes.
All of the wires look good (to the...
Fuel starvation... It runs great at idle, but if you bring up the RPM for a while and operate the machine, it will start dying. The primer bulb collapses. I just replaced the fuel filter yesterday and it still happens. I believe the issue is likely in the elbow going into the tank or the fuel...
It does have an H2607 code for an aux solenoid - I plan to fix that soon. No other codes. I suppose it could be related.
The weird part is that when it's behaving this way, the bucket will tilt but not lift or lower.
Hello,
This is my first Bobcat, so it's possible that this is normal, but I wanted to get opinions.
After starting my Bobcat, it takes a few moments to be able to drive and/or use the hydraulics. Here's my startup sequence:
Turn key on, wait until glow plug warms up
Start machine (starts...
Thank you! Yeah there were so many solenoids on the site, I couldn't figure it out.
I've been using page 20-40-26 of the service manual ... do you think this is the right page?
