Ended up being I think it is called a suppressor. Was only sending 5 volts to the solenoid. Fixed for now Jack

Having trouble with my fuel shut off solenoid. Cat 216b. was blowing fuses so replaced solenoid. All was good.....for awhile. (3/4 months) Now it starts....Now It doesn't start. never know. Both (old and new) solenoids work at times. Doesn't matter hot or cold,start no start. Never know. any...

Going to change the oil in my 216b and going to use Baldwin filters but unsure of what oil to use? Thanks for any help. Jack

I have an 04 216b and love it. I think a 226 is the same machine but with a turbo motor (more power) Good luck Jack

My dealer gave me 1 when I bought my 216b. I bought it used and didn't want to sit in it to read the owners manual.Maybe if you sweet talk your dealer he will give you 1. Jack

I have a 216b I bought with about 1000-1100 hrs and have put only maybe 35-40 hrs on it. I really like this machine. If I park it with it up (Pallet forks) in a couple hrs it is on the ground. Just wondering if this is right? I have and old bobcat 610 with a mast and it will stay up for ever...
