I used the AutoPro UV dye,use 1 oz per 4 qts [ 4 liters]...russ

just tell the salseman you want the dye and uv glasses and light.Go to NAPA ,the glasses and light are dirt cheap ,the dye a few bucks more.Pour the dye in your hydro tank,run your machine to circulate the dye then shut it down.Shut your shop lights off and put the glasses on and turn the UV...

have an 863f, the lift and tilt stopped working, Replaced the two solenoids. Still not working. The panel by the seat that says valve is not lit, the snake eyes for that function is blinking on and off. I'm stumped. What should I look at to get this thing working? russ

got an 863f, do it with the engine in. Need a couple of special tools to change it and a tensioner. If memory serves me they came with the belt, will have to buy the tensioner separately.I believe there is a u-tube video on the correct way to do it. The hardest part for me was getting those...

I'm thinking the manual calls for replacing the timing belt every 500 hrs. You need a special tool for this. I think I got mine off Amazon

Couldn't you just take it to a hydraulic shop and they can make you a new one, that's what I do

just a long shot here. My 863 started acting out, with No lift and tilt. Turned out to be a bad solenoid valve coil for BICS control valve, went ahead and replaced both and that solved the problem.$86.00 apiece russ

fixed it,had to take the muffler off to get to it

did mine on 863. Bought the pins and tensionerN and watched the video from the co I bought the pins from. Not a hard job but suggest you watch the video and go by the steps in it
