LS 180 Spinning problem

Noobie here, hope I may get a direction to find the problem here... The left side spins when in neutral position. I have to hold the left stick forward to get it to stop.. it goes really slow forward and really fast in reverse...?? Any ideas??

Could a bad motor mount cause it to come outta whak? Mine would spin slightly while sitting idle. A single hole strap broke which led to a hose rubbing a hole in itself. After i fixed the hose and strap the spinning went away. This was at @ 1100 hours. The broken clamp was under the seat, bolted to the corner of the valve body.
