safety decals

Have owned a Mustang 940 for a few years now and very happy with it. So have decided to give it a full paint job. Does anyone know the paint code no. ?? Also have been trying to get the correct safety decals in the workshop manual they say supplied free, Here in Aus. they want $218 is that a ripoff or what. I dont mind paying for them but not that much any help would be appreciated. Part No. 420-34918

Can you take a part off and get it colour matched? The guy up here matches by eye or he can use the computer to get an exact match if required.
Decals, all i ever do is tape around then before painting, works for me. Is that an option?

Got a mate currently on holiday in the states and he picked up the decals (free of charge) and posted them to me Total cost $5.20 better than $218 Just gotta find out where they all go now?
