Help Support SkidSteer Forum:

sry guys but i have no one else that will even give me any suggestions even though i haven't got it fixed yet........
With the jug of fuel, did you by-pass the fuel filter?
I'd hook it up so you have pot of fuel, hand primer, lift pump, injector pump. This was there is no restrictions between. I assume this is how you set it up?

where are you at? temperature? all you can do is follow the flow till you find the spot where it slows down, sounds like debris somewhere

Possibly a bad batch of pumps at the dealer?? Possibly a bad lobe on the shaft that actuates the fuel pump??? Maybe try using an electric fuel pump, at least for troubleshooting purposes.

well i bought a new fuel pump from kubota because its a kubota engine,i couldn't get the bobcat 2 start it looked different from the old pump the valves r smaller then the old pump but the dealer said it didn't matter it should still work even though the holes were smaller...they checked the new pump 2 make sure it was good and said the fuel pump was working right.

Can you try removing the end of the hose that goes to the pump. Hold your finger on the end and crank the engine, see if you get any pressure. I think its only a few PSI that they normally produce, but there has to be something.
mrfixitpaul has a good point. The pump is driven off the injector pump cam. It has a lobe that operates the fuel pump. If there is something wrong here it would stop it from pumping fuel. An electric fuel pump would fix the problem if that is the case. It all depends on if that is indeed the problem, you said it runs when you squeeze the bulb, but you don't know what it does when under load as you can't jump in and drive it around.
