does anyone out there have a s300 service/shop manual. I have to change out the right rear axle seal as oil is leaking out of axle onto rim. thanks

You don't need a service manual for that.
Jack it up, remove the tyre and loosen bolts holding the hub to the axle. Use a porta power or two bottle jacks (the pump part facing down) behind the hub between the frame and hub to push the hub outwards, pump them up. Use a hammer and strike the back of the hub till it pops loose. KEEP the bolt(s) that hold it in place screwed in a little, the hub can fly out at an insane speed and cause real damage to you or someone else. Drill a hole in the seal and screw a self tapping screw into it and lever it out, Install a new seal and you're set.
Ensure your axle does not flop around, if it does, you have bad bearings that took the seal out.
I have never worked on an S300, but i'm sure the later models are all the same basic setup. There may be slight differences.

thanks for the advise the dealer said that the cab had to be lifted, move some hydraulics so that a chain inspection plate could be removed, then remove a bolt in the chain area and remove a snap ring and slide the complete hub and shaft out, replace the seal and put the POS back together...When I told the dealer about the issue I was out of warrantee by 9 days, another 2 weeks passed, before he would work on the machine, the morning that the machine was due in the shop, I asked if he had the part. he said NO, so that is another week for the part to be delivered and another week before he can fix it... so when he finally works on the machine the machine is 5 weeks out of warrantee... Need I say more!!

Ouch.....
Have a look at the hub, do you see a bolt in the middle? if so, the chain case shouldn't need to be opened up. Hopefully they have it wrong and you can simply remove the hub to swap the seal.
