HELP APPRECIATED! The right side of the Power Bob Tach will not disengage. I cleaned alot of clay out of the bottom openings, cleaned with water, then penetrating spray, then copious lubricant spray everywhere. Still the right arm will not lift the pin. Tried a few gentle then moderate taps with a hammer, no go. Any suggestions?

Remove the power bob tach cylinder and the lever including the spring. Hammer the Pin out, clean the pin hole really good, check the grease fitting and clean the pin also. Reinstall everything and that will work. I would clean both sides they like to seize up with all the dirt and so on.
Make sure that you take a picture how the pins were mounted, flat side from the pin, otherwise your bucket or attachment will not hook up.

Thanks, FC. I cannot hammer out the pin because I cannot remove the bucket

Well, that would have been good to know.
Anyway, if you have a open machine if not, take your door off the hinges. Put to the side and raise the bucket up, then tilt it all the way forward and lay it on the bucket. But not with pressure, just set it gentle on the bucket.
Disengage the Power Bob Tach so that the working side goes up, get carefully out of the machine. Remove the power bobtach cylinder and the lever on the side which is stuck. Hammer carefully the pin on the stuck side up towards the lever assembly, but be careful the bucket will be free then and might fall.
If the bucket is off, just follow the procedure which i explained at the top and your pins should be free again.

I always lubricate with used motor oil, just dump some on everything every so often and you won't have any issues. It works better than grease. If you have a second person available, have them inside the cab pushing the button. Then you can hammer up on the wedge from the bottom of the bucket at the same time.
