Bobcat T300 Hydro noise in Lift/Tilt

I have a 2008 Bobcat T300 SJC machine. Two years ago I had a pump failure. I replaced both pumps and cleaned the system as best as I could. Once starting it I discovered I had contamination in my lift/tilt valve. I loaded it up and took it to the dealer. They inspected it and said I could replace the valve or they would hone the valve and clean the contaminates to allow the lift/tilt to work. When I went to pick it up it had a ton of drift which was to be expected from what they told me but it now has a chatter/vibration noise when I lift or tilt the bucket. The line from the pump to the control valve had a lot of vibration in it. I then went ahead and got a valve and replaced it myself but the noise is still there. I'm at a loss of where to look next. I have put on maybe 3 hours on the machine since I had it back because of the noise I'm afraid it will damage something. I can try to upload a video at a later time. Also I meant to mention the machine drives fine with no noise just lift/tilt. Thanks for all your help!

Is A5gu20216 is the serial number of the machine. Also the lift / tilt problem started immediately after replacing the pump. I was unable to use the machine so I took it to bobcat.

Ok there is no such thing as honing the control valve, that is so fine machined that it has no tolerance. If you hone it the spools do not seal and work anymore.
Please could you make a video?

That's what I thought and was told after it was done. I've got a fortune in this machine due to bobcat trying that. I bought a new valve and installed it so that valve is no longer in the machine but the noise stayed. I posted a video below.
