32-31 Tilt actuator fault

I have a 2008 Bobcat s160, I bought this machine second-hand and have had all sorts of issues with it from replacing starter motors and bearings to having the LH panel repaired by Isocell and the RH panel and Controller tested. I fitted these parts and now I get the fault code 32-31 Tilt actuator fault. I swapped the connections to the actuators and now the tilt works, and the fault is in the Lift. I assume therefore that both actuators are working but there must be a fault somewhere else. I have checked the wiring, and all appears to be okay. Any advice on where to look would be greatly appreciated.

Both actuators are not working since you swapped & the fault moved also.

Thanks koko for your reply. I found the fault yesterday it ended up that there was moisture in the ACS Controller connections. Used an airline to blow out the moisture from both the controller and the plugs and all works fine now. Thank you for responding
