    Hydraulic fluid issue

THank U for respnding. So far I havent done any work since the repairs were completed. I wasnt sure about the foaming issue so I didnt want to take it out to a jobsite and potentially have a problem. Are you suggesting the foaming up of hydraulic fluid is merely air in the system that stiil...

    Hydraulic fluid issue

I should note the fluid only seems to be foaming up in the tnak itself at the guage bubble. I checked the lines and inside the valve body by removing connections at points and find the fluid is clear. After I let the machine sit for a few mionutes (turned off) the fluid returns back to normal...

    T300 brake release problem(s)

today we compoetede a pressure test at the couplers..and found only 460psi... pretty sad. We puled the main relief valve and found it to be in good working order, no dammage or obstruction. this only leaves one possibility left (Gear pump) This is a suprise since this was the last place we...

    looking to own...anyone have advice?

You really need to considere how your going to use the machine i.e what type of work and what tghe expected and unexpceted conditions will be. Personally I thiunk if your going to be offorad alot your far better off withthe track machine..you could end up loosing alot of time in productivity...

bobcat T300 ACS system control voltage???

The drive motor did not fail but the brake was receiving low pressure, not enough to engage the brake release. This issue was resolved once We got control valve blockage cleared out and replaced the inline canister filter. Now the drive motor and brake release work fine. Back to the original...

    T300 brake release problem(s)

THanks for your input. I am under the impression the lift arms and bucket also work at approx 3250 psi as well. Given the functions (lift, tilt) are not working crorectly..it is my suspicion there is a problem with the main releif valve ie. either some blockage or damage or just in need of...

bobcat T300 ACS system control voltage???

HI and thanks for your input however I would have to disagree with you. IN actuallity I/we have solved a number of problems to date on this machine in our own shop without the useless assistance of any dealer. My shop guys and I are reasonably intelligent mechanics with a wide degree of...

    T300 brake release problem(s)

THanks for that input. The bucket does work but not very strong i.e wont tilt all the way and slow to return back to normal position. The lift arm cylinders start to raise about an inch and then stop as if thiers not enough pressure to raise the weight of the assembly. I pulled all the control...

bobcat T300 ACS system control voltage???

Can anyone tellme what the ACS control system voltage is? Its not listed in the service manual and the dealer said he doesnt know or perhaps wouldnt tell me. I have 12V leaving the fuse block and going into the acs harness but only 5.9 volts at the acs control handles. I was not able to find the...

    T300 brake release problem(s)

THanks for that insight. DO u have any ideas on what / why the arm lifts stopped working? Before I go much further on that issue I need to find out the operating pressure PSI for arm lifts. ANy idea where I can find that info?

T300 bobcat Arm lift pressure psi???

Hi and thanks for youtr comments. AS it turnes out I was able to get the brake to function properly by completing some testing both pressure and electrical. It turns out the brake release valve was plugged with debri and was also not getting enough voltgae (5.8v) instead of 12v. With some...

    t300 no hydraulics code 05-15

IN my experience I would recommend that you first complete pressure testing at all points within the system(s) both hydrualic and hydrostatic.. This can help narrow down what ares of the system(S) to look at first. if your losing pressure at some point..start to ask WHY am I looking pressure...
