I got it a while ago but never really drove it for more than about 10 minutes becasue I had nothgin for it to do. I am using it to redo my front yard and was waiting for a good time to start the project and it was jsut sitting. I think I fixed it now with a modified cover until I can order one...

So I figured out what I'm missing. I'm missing the cover for the blower housing. I'll have to get it at Bobcat on Tuesday since they are not open this weekend.

My 743 was overheating. I checked the thermostat and it works, checked the water pump and it seems fine. The radiator is not clogged. I did notice that the engine does not seem to have a fan to pull the air through the radiator. I could not find it in the parts manual but is there supposed to be...

I just drained most of my hydraulic flid since it had water in it. I bought a new filter and now I want to refill the system. I am told it takes about 9 gallons of 20w50 and this can get expensive. Any ideas? I have a 1995 743

I have water in my hydraulic fluid. I flushed it twice but it still looks milky. The oil is gettiung expensive and I wanted to see if there was anything cheaper that I can use to keep flushing the system with and then finally add some oil when it is all flushed?

Not sure about your 753 but my 743 seems to get stuck as I try to tilt it back. If I grab the metal plate under the seat and lift from there then it comes up fine. It almost seems like it has a safety catch that I have not been able to locate.

Sorry, I should point out that these are rubber lines.

So I opened it up and can reach back and barely feel the grease fitting. I tried to attach the hose but I just dont have the push necessary to attach the hose firmly because my arm is all bent in a funny way. Any ideas?

They said they had the top washers for the top that the low pressure fuel drips through but not the coper ones for the bottom. I went to my local bobcat dealer and got the right ones. The machine runs great now.

I recently bought a 743 and pulled the seat. It had mud, rocks, a screwdriver and a live .22 round under the seat. Yes, thats correct, a live .22 caliber round was under the seat.

Thats kind of what I figured. What about the part that says "heat shield?" There did not seem to be one when I took the injector out. Also, one of the washers is stuck down in there. Any good way to get it out?

So I pulled my injectors to have them rebuilt. In 2 of the four holes I found copper washers but the other two they were missing. In the parts book they show a "HEAT SHIELD" but this did not seem to be installed when I pulled the injectors. Am I missing something? Also, I went to bobcat and got...
