    TL130 Battery Drain

The only thing that the fuse pull found was that we had 2 fuses that were broke. Both on the lower end of the block one of them being the horn. This unit does not have a stop motor as the previous unit I had listed in here. It has a solenoid which seemed to work properly. After going through the...

    TL130 Battery Drain

I can pretty much rule out the alternator issue as it is brand new and has been tested by a reputable electric shop. The fuse pulling is something we were considering after one test to see what had a current draw. Unfortunately, the unit is still on rent but we hope to get it back sometime...

    TL130 Battery Drain

The battery drain happens when the unit is shut down...when operating we are getting 12+ volts to the battery which shows the alternator is working properly. After looking at the schematic there are only so many places that are getting constant battery power, so will be starting to troubleshoot...

    TL130 Shutdown

FYI there is a wire from the fuse block that could be broken. Instead of trying to put the fuse back in, I merely repositioned the fuse accordingly and my stop motor is once again getting the power it is supposed to receive. I am currently researching to see if there is a adjustment on the stop...

    TL130 Battery Drain

What would cause a BRAND NEW battery to drain on a TL130 in less than 3 hrs? Wed have changed the ignition switch, starter, alternator, battery only to find that after 2-3 hrs the unit is dead. From the looks of the schematic the horn is the only item that gets power to that button as well as...

    TL130 Shutdown

I tried a brand new keyswitch to no avail. I have power going to the horn and room lamp circuit but for some reason do not have it going to the shutdown relay or motor. I am getting power to all 3 fuses in the back of the machine (65A, 45A, and the 45A) I have tested the stop motor to ensure if...

    TL130 Shutdown

I changed that with another one the other day. I found the shutdown relay and neither of those helped. I am beginning to think it is the ignition switch itself. Luckily, the weather has not been conducive enough to bring the unit into the shop due to space issues so it has not been a real issue.

    TL130 Shutdown

Been a while since I have been on here but maybe the community can help me. I have a TL130 that will not shut down when the key is turned off. I have changed the motor stop switch on the side of the motor (behind the cab) and it still does not work. I am not sure of which relay it is in the...

    TL130 Engine Removal

It took me less than a full day even working around customers coming in and out of the shop to rent stuff. I recommend for anyone attempting to do this is to remove the door, radiator, battery and the hydraulic pipe that comes off the filter to the manifold in the rear of the unit. Once we got...

    TL130 Engine Removal

Just trying to get an idea of how hard it would be to remove a TL130 engine. We found one bearing in catastrophic condition and are looking at how easy/ hard it would be ro remove the engine to facilitate crank cleanup and ensure that all ports are clear of any debris. From the looks of it, it...

    TL130 Short start

I have a TL130 that will start but only run for 10 seconds then shut off.....My coworker has bled the lines to the fuel distributor (not sure of the nomenclature) and got air coming into the line there. He has also dumped the fuel bowl prior to the pump 5 times. Is it possible that the customer...

    Hydraulic surge on TL130

It happens only on the lift or downward position. The tilt is not affected. I haven't tried it in about a week since getting the unit up and running from the partial submergence but am tempted to soon. Unfortunately we can't send it out either due to some legal issue.....

    Hydraulic surge on TL130

yeah exactly that....The bucket would bounce during the lift and usually during the drop.....It is possible there is air in the line but for it to do so extreme seems odd. Maybe it is just my lack of experience with this, as I am used to Bobcat. I wish there was a way to combine a TL130 with a...

    Hydraulic surge on TL130

Just rescued a TL130 from being partially submersed under water and have managed to get almost everything back to normal. The problem I am seeing besides the temp going hot is that when I lift the bucket and then lower it, I seem to get a bounce. I cannot let anyone use this unit for this...
