is it leaking water out exhaust or coolant??
is coolant level LOW, or correct?
and how clean are the radiator and oil cooler, and I mean BOTH sides, not just one side, as both need to be clean and not damaged to work correctly!

It just has water for coolant at the moment because it blows all of it out in minutes. The radiator and cooler are clean, just took them off and cleaned them yesterday. When I take the cap off everything works fine. When I put a new cap on the same problem occurs as far as I can tell coolant level is correct and then immediately drains through exhaust
Shooting in the dark here:
Is it a themostat problem? Thinking its stuck (not opening) and cap on brings up pressure for the heated engine?
Water pump: they go bad, impellers , ect. Has that been checked (pulled).
And confirmed no Milky oil like a blown head gasket?

I agree with this info
thermostat was removed, no water in the oil and the water flows. i have not removed the water pump to check it but it blows water out of the exhaust if i put the radiator cap all the way on so it has pressure and doesn't leak. works fine if i leave the cap loose but steams out the water because the system isn't closed. i run it for 10hrs at a time but have to directly fill the radiator up because it eventually stops pulling from the res. i no longer over heat knowing this but having to fill up the radiator and not knowing the coolant lvl is not my favorite thing to be doing to my machine. not to mention i cant run anti freeze if it just leaks out every day

Maybe try putting dye in the water to figure out where it's leaking.
with cap tight it leaks out of exhaust. if cap is loose it steams out of the cap. i cant figure out why its building up so much pressure with the cap on
Sounds like a head issue.? Coolant or water coming out of exhaust. I'm not familiar with your engine. How could coolant enter exhaust? Besides head? You need to do a leakdown test. Unless there is a bypass or hose that could enter exhaust?
Try the Radiator pressure/ leak down. It might point to Where tge problem is. The test where you take cap off radiator and pump it up.
