You need a laser printer for the lowest cost per page. I have a low cost Samsung wireless color laser. It does duplex in a manual fashion, which is not that much of a PIA. I printed some rather large manuals 2-UP and duplex. I do wear reading glasses and 2-UP are readable for me if in decent light.
When i print bits out i need, i just use the work laser, can't get cheaper than that can you? :)
I also did the duplex printing style, print out odd numbers, flip the stack of paper over then print out even numbers. Works just fine, saves a few tree branches, just takes a little longer.

When I got the electronic manuals for the New Holland I put them on a flash drive , always there when you need it and will hold several hundred pages for 5 bucks

Without going to the dealer, what kind of hydraulic oil should I use in my T250 if I drain it all out and flush the system?

That is your call, some say hydraulic oil, some say engine oil, others say dealer only oil.
I personally run 20W50 engine oil in all my machines, never had an issue. I'm in Australia, it never gets below freezing. If it gets cold there, you may want a thinner oil.

Bobcat fluid is an ISO 46 which you can find locally. I use tractor hydraulic and transmission fluid which is very similar also. Tractor Supply has it, NAPA, Wallymart. Change the filter also, NAPA has that. But for me a Bobcat was less. But they are not a $5.00 or $10 filter like on your car/truck.
