Hi gentlemen and ladies if there are any. I'm a retired heavy eq. mechanic. I make a distinction between mechanic and technician. Mechanics actually fix things. They don't swap parts til the problem goes away. Primarily I worked on rental fleet. Aerial booms up to 180ft reach forks or telehandlers of various brands. Conventional fork trucks and scissor lifts. I'm familiar with several brands. I also have a bit of knowledge about Kubota tractors and Bobcat skiddees. Now that I'm retired i have time to tinker. I'm also selling off equipment I don't need. I recently sold my BC763G to a friend. He's having trouble with the Aux. Hydraulics. I'll bring that up in the appropriate forum space when i determine which one is correct.
