Hello, we just got a new S570 BOBCAT, very nice. We are working in Panama, here is very hot and Humid, I wanted to ask if there is any bobcat cabin accessory like a fan to help the heat of the hot weather. I was thinking on getting a from door to keep the sun out, and a fan place some where inside the cabin, i somebody have solve this already, please share. Bests, Richie

AC would be the ideal answer, but it will cost a fair bit to install, even if it is a factory option.
There is no reason why you can't hook up a fan somewere to try and take the edge off the heat though.

here is a gif for you , it easier than trying to post several pictures , on the side fan i used a 1/4 X 3 inch strap made a 90 bend drilled and mounted through the side and then just made a backing plate , i did the same thing on the front fan . on power i used the 12 volt plug in front and on the rear side fan i tapped into the hot wire for the cab light . i also made 2 tool boxes on the sides , they hold hammers chains etc.. and i made side glass out of plexiglass hope this helps you out

This is the best $24 I've ever spent. RoadPro RPSC-857 12-Volt Tornado Fan with Removable Mounting Clip I made a little mounting bracket for the first one I bought, but they changed the design. The clip actually holds well to the knobs on the "sun roof". It plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a good variable speed control. It makes the worst heat and humidity bearable.

I hope those fans are wired through the key switch to keep them from being left on / turned on while the machine is off. Just imagine a dead battery over them being left on. Do you also have a fuses on them, too??? I really like the idea of having them, plus the tool box is another great idea, too.

The one I use is plugged into the cigarette lighter socket in the headliner. I unplug it when I'm done with the machine. There is a fuse in the center contact of the fan's plug.
