The ID plate on the engine blower is missing. I also don't know what model Skid Steer it is. There are no original decals and no ID plates anywhere. It looks very similar to an older CASE 1737 or John Deere 170, but it's not quite the same as either. It has two long steering levers on the right/left and foot pedals for the bucket. When I bought it I was told by the previous owner that it had the 65HP Wisconsin motor. I know that there was a 37HP and a 65HP air cooled Wisconsin, but does anyone know how to tell the difference or know how to identify the motor without the ID plate? Are the motors physically the same size but with different size bores? The machine has always run great, starts right up and will run all day long with no problems. It has lots of power as far as I can tell. It has clutch packs on each wheel behind the cover plates. I've replaced some of the discs and it steers great. It's been pretty easy to maintain. The previous owner thought that it was an AgriCAT. But I haven't been able to find any information on AgriCAT skid steers. I know they made some dozers in the 60s, but I don't know that they ever made skid steers. It was repainted at some point in its life (yellow) and someone stenciled "AGRICAT" on the back.
