Message: <blockquote data-quote="Fishfiles" data-source="post: 34692" data-attributes="member: 782"><p>I am going to totally stay out of what machine manufacturer or size , but will say that you hit on something that I have come to see as a better solution to the problem of tracks , running a tracked loader machine is like 5 or 10 times better than one with wheels in most situations to me , but the up keep on the rubber tracked machines and the rollers , idlers , travel motors isn't worth it if making money is what you are trying to accomplish , Catapillars tracking system really does suck , not that Bobcats is much better , your going to spend money along the way burning out tracks and parts ,  rubber tracks are nice if you have to cross the concrete  as compared to steel over the tire tracks , I think a machine with over the tire tracks will cost you a lot less to keep running , especially with all the tires they have now days that don't get flats or flat  as easy ,  just a few thoughts</p></blockquote><p></p>
