I have a 09 S185 in the shop and the chaincase drain is no longer under the little cover underneath at the back. Just a fuel tank drain.
Also does anyone know what the filter element # for the fan motor. My 06 had a spin on now this one is a cartridge filter.
Thanks
Ken

The drain plug is gone. I never used it so I don't miss it. I suck it out. Fan filter part # 6692337.

Seriously? I thought it was a good addition, far less work to clean out a chaincase.... Time to get the drill and tap and die set out!
I remember so many hours on my 743 sucking oil out with a hand pump, it was less than fun.... Then i have fond memories on a 753, remove the plug, tilt the machine back and spraying diesel around to wash the gunk out. Then mopping it out with rags, install plug and oil.
