whats next on the complete restoration 642B

The only thing left to do as far as disassembly is to drop the chain case out the bottom. I am some what stymied as to how I am going to do this with only 1 hoist. any ideas?

1 hoist should be enough if you have enough height. If you can find the balance point its easy.
In the past i used 1, use a chain linking the front to a beam, then the chain hoist on the back like a V shape, you pull the chain block up and it will lift up and forward if that makes sense. The other way is to lift one end at a time and block it up and roll the chain case out.
