Then you will have to move the sticks around to orient yourself with the whole arrangment a little bit. You will see some steel "blocks" that slide against a rounded piece. The blocks have 2 bolts going into them. You loosen the bolts, then adjust the blocks around so that the part on the actual hydraulic actuator is straight up and down when the sticks are returned to the "center" position.....I know that sounds confusing, but if you are mechanical at all, and just play around with it, you will figure it out within 30-45 minutes. lol. I know I did with no books or help.Also, no matter what year the machine is, they still should use a similiar kind of adjustment. I have an OLD mid 80's 743 and a 2005 s205. They all use a similiar STYLE adjustment. yes alot has changed on the machines, but the adjustments are all still similiar ideas.</blockquote>
