It just doesnt seem to give the operator as much control over the machine in a tight spots. If your using the machine for construction purposes you will find these tight spots. Such as working around plumbing pipes in a building being built. Or close to walls that cannot be bumped, etc. Throwing dirt with hand controls is much harder also. If the machine is for homeowner use hand controls could be justified (but not at my house). The 250 is a great machine, I hope you find a good one.</p></blockquote><p></p>
