Well, IT RUNS!, but the lift and tilt don't work

Well, good news is, I filled it up with hydraulic fluid, jumped it off my tractor and it fired right up! Can't believe it started that easy after sitting for about 6 months. I can move the machine forward and backwards, BUT: I can't raise the boom to remove the saftey bar or move the tilt device. From looking in the manual and looking at the BICS controller, it sounds like the issue is the solenoid on top of the BICS valve. Am I correct about that? The little BICS thing with LED's behind the drivers seat has green LED's all down it when the machine is running, so it sounds like its sending the signal to the solenoid, but the solenoid isn't unlocking. Since I'm missing one of my aux. solenoids, I think I'll take the one that I do have and try swapping it out with the BICS one and see if that might work.

You're on the rite track. If all your lights are lit, its probably the coil ir a wire before the coil. Check for power at the connector and even check the coil for resistance (not that it will give you a firm answer). The coils aren't that expensive either.
