my sw20 is a 2 speed machine and it has another feature that has worked out well with the new stump grinder I picked up. It has the rabbit and turtle speeds and another a snail speed , it leaves the remote flow wherever you want it ,it just controls the hydro power going to the drives . So the stump grinder I picked up is transverse mounted so the chips are thrown to the side. So you pull forward to the far edge of the stump and cut the stump going in reverse. I am able to turn the power to the drive wheels down to about 20 percent and that makes the controls slow so engage and smooth but easy to control when grinding the stump, kinda my question is are there other machines with this option , have not been exposed to many makes to know if so, and never heard of anyone mentioning it here.
