2013 Volvo MCT135C has low compression in one cylinder. Only 1200 hours. Are these known for bay early issues with the motors ? And I know JVC made this machine for Volvo, why’s is the identical JVC model and is it cheaper to buy parts from Volvo or JVC ?

I tried to fix it but cant figure out how to edit. Damn phone must have done that. Yes JCB, and any ideas ?
 
I did a little looking and from what I read that is a JCB made engine and I found nothing good or bad about it. Have you checked about the valves maybe they need adjusting.
