Yesterday my skid steer, has had an incredible wheel shake, only happens when slow down to stop, it feels like the wheel motors are going fwd and reverses which shakes the machine very badly, I noticed the hoses going to the wheel motors had a few bad leaks, could this be the problem? Cheers

It's a china skid steer, hydraulic pump driving wheel motors. Only since the hoses have been leaking has the machine been doing this incontrolable shake.
Yes I would start by fixing leaks don't run it with low fluid

The leaks could be allowing air in, the shaking could be the air bubbles being compressed. Hopefully it is that simple and not that the drive motors are leaking internally due to wear, start with the simple things first.

Cheers all for the input. Let you know how it unfolds
