Help Support Skidsteer:

V417 are nice machines, the only versjunk bobcat shoud sell, I think they discontinued the other ones. V417 are kinda a pain in the but to work, but the few we have out have been pretty problem free. The only thing is they have a drive belt like a skidsteer and it is a bear to change. Our rental broke in the field, I tried but gave up. The engine has to be loosen and lift to gain enough room to get the belt out. I don't have a crane on my truck, next to no use for one so after an hour I called the shop and told them it had to hauled in. That said, I still like them. I have not seen a E80 yet. The smaller m series have been pretty impressive, but the E80 is a totally different animal so a persona can really compare to say a E42.
