uncontroled movement

My 01 bobcat 773G's wheels continue to move after the controls return to the resting position. What do I need to do to alleviate this issue and where do I get the parts? I also noticed that the left hand control is the more dominant control and often times I have to do small corrections to keep the machine moving in a straight line. Whatup with this?

Check the linkages at the pump first, alloy blocks that attach to the steering levers. If they are tight you will need to set neutral, its pretty simple, just fiddly to get just rite.
