Turbo for NH L175

Hi All, I have a 2010 NH L175 that needs a new (or repair kit) turbo. Just found out that a new one from the dealer is $1600 or rebuilt for $1200. Anyone now of a better option? It has a Shibaura 2.216 L engine, (N844 LT-D) Thanks in advance!

Have you tried talking to an automotive turbo shop? They may be able to repair it if it's just seals and not bad damage.
