Trying to remove one of my posts due to double posting

HELP,,, I accidentally posted twice on the same topic. My computer became unresponsive during my first post, and upon restart I created a fresh post, now I see both are active. I cannot find a method to completely delete one of the two posts. Also note the ability to send a message via the contact us method will not work,,, see attached screenshots.
