Trying to identify this engine block.

I am working on a Kubota SVL95-2S. It stopped running and they brought it to my shop. I found that the small gear rhat transfers power to the injector pump had come loose. It had chipped a few teeth from the injection pump also. So i purchased TimeSerts to replace the threads in the block and ordered " what i thought" was the coreect gear for the injection pump and I ordred the small gear because it had some slight wear on it and I ordred both studs that hold the small gear in place.

I get the small gear and go out to see how it fits and the teeth on the small gear are backward from mine. They angle the opposite way! And the next day get the pump gear and it is also angled backward from mine.

So I start looking online and figure out that my block has been changed in the past to some other block that I cant find info on anywhere.

I can't find a serial number at all on the engine. Its dark and almost impossible to get any visuals on a serial number anywhere. I have the engine serial number that is supposed to be in the loader. But that doesnt help at all.

I just hope someone will see my pictures and know what it is that I have. I need to get this thing fixed and out of my shop. I have worn out a Google search engine trying to find the engine and possibly what it came out of. I just need to be able to order those parts.

Please take a look at the pics and let me know if you can help. The first 2 are the gears that I have to replace. You can see how the small gear just come out and the other gear has a few teeth missing. The next picture is what my engine looks like and then what the one that is supposed to be in it looks like.

One last thing. (I think) I found a picture of my engine online. Ill post it last in case it helps someone to figure this out.

Check for sticker on top of valve cover or side of block will the embossed serial number. Put serial # into kubota search and you'll find what your looking for

I dont see anything in that label that helps. It looks like they just put the cover of the original engine on it. Which doesnt help at all.

Here is a picture of the block. I am guessing the digit after the T is an 8. But that is a complete guess.

Its a 2 that is faded.

So the number is V3800 - T - 2FW0187

This breaks down as 2 = V3 F=2015 W=November and 0187 = a sequence number.

How do I order parts from that number ??
