Trying to change hyd. oil.

I followed the service manual to drain the Hydraulic reservour on my 743 but it didn't drain. It says to remove the filter and then remove the line behind the filter and drain, that's it. Tried that but it only drained the line. I lifted the cab to see what's wrong and that line ran to a sending unit on the pump. What am I missing? Thanks....

Depending on your serial number the 743 hydraulic systems were different. Mainly you just find the hose that is connected to the bottom of the tank disconnect it from the other end where ever its connected to and drain the tank.
