I have a Bobcat 773 that will not move. When I put down my safety bar the #4 light "Traction Lock" does not come on and the Bobcat won't move. Sometimes I hear a loud click like it is under my seat and the light comes on and the Bobcat will move. I may use it for a couple of minutes and then I hear the click and the light is off and the machine will not move. Sometime the light will come on for a few seconds, the go off, then own again and then off. Other times it will not come on at all but I may try it a couple of days later and it works fine for a few minutes then starts going off again. I check the battery connection which seem okay. Is there a relay or fuse that may need to b e changed or maybe have something loose? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

There should be a traction lock relay in the main fuse box, think it's between your legs in the machine infront of the seat. a relay and fuse. They do have a habbit of bouncing loose somewhat.

Depending on the series of the machine...C, F, or G it could be the relay mentioned above, or a problem with the seat sensor (check for debris under the seat and clean it out if you have a seat sensor) or possibly the parking brake pedal/switch, or possible the rpm sensor if there is one. What series is the 773?

I checked the traction lock relay and fuse as well as the other relays and fuses and all seem to be fine. When I pull down the safety bar, and press the "Operate Loader" the seat bar light comes on and the lift and tilt valve light comes on. The "Traction" light comes on sometimes but about half of the time it does not come on and I can't move. When it is on and I use the Bobcat for a few minutes, it starts locking up and the light goes off. My friend did decide to check the seat bar sensor plug and when he pulled on it, the entire module came out and off instead of just unplugging the piece that plugs into the module. Now I have the piece that is suppose to stay on the machine pulled off. It has three little holes and a tiny computer board. And the part that stayed on the machine has three little tits where they are suppose to plug in to. Now, I have to either try to put that back together and hope it works or get a new module which I don't know what the name of it is. It does have a # on it S549A 104. I guess it is the seat bar sensor relay or module. Is there somewhere online that sells parts where I could buy a new one? The other thing that under my seat there is very little support since the plate is rusted out badly and maybe this has something to do with the problem. Anyway, I would appreciate any help on this and also on my new problem. Thanks,

Do you know what series it is?
