Traction lock problems

I have been having lots of problems with my traction control. First problem was a fuse. Then it was the plug that goes in to the BICS was lose. Now it has quit again. The BICS is flashing 4 times open circuit? I took the main traction lock pin out to move the machine but hydraulics still won't move. Can i just by pass the Traction control all together ?

As it shows that there is an open circuit, it sounds like the coil is burnt out. Get a meter and check between red and black then white and black. One is pull, the other is hold.
