Hello, my 863f traction lock keeps locking up. I read it could be as simple as running two new ground wires from the parking brake solenoid and BICS hydraulic lock solenoid on the main control valve back to the battery ground post. I'm having a hard time locating these various solenoids. Could somebody please do a diagram on this to help me? russ

Found my problem in a roundabout way. Put a new solenoid on, nothing. So I took the solenoid out and turned it upside down, started the engine, and pushed the traction lock button, and saw that it was working so I took that cam [?] out and noticed burrs on that bolt that screws on to the bottom of the cam. I wire-wheeled it and emery clothed it, put it back on the cam and put it back together, and finally got it working right. I am very happy. I've chased a hydro leak since I bought it and hit on the idea of putting UV dye in the tank and was able to spot the leak. It was a nut on a 3-way fitting that goes into the hydro pump. It was loose enough I could hand tighten it before using a thin profile wrench to really tighten it. Finally going to break ground on my wife's garage and other work. russ

Glad you worked it out and found your leak.
I have never seen a brake randomly turn on like that, but it makes sense, over time and use, you will get a bur, glad it was an easy fix.
