Hey guys different day , new quesition...........
On my 543 the front wheel clearance to the bottom side of the arms is super close, like 1/4” before rubbing..... How do I find out if I can mount tracks or would that be a custom application? When you have tracks on a machine is it just a known fact that you need to run with the arms slightly up or is my machine just not set up for this application?
Thanks Craig

They make a metal stopper plate (about 3x5"), that bolts in the center of the lift arm assembly. If your sitting in your machine and lift the arms up a few feet and look dead center. You can see where the plate will bolt, there are normally 4 pre-drilled holes for the plate to bolt onto. That will stop the lift arms from going too far down and hit the tracks. I cant say for sure on a 543, but other machines have this setup.

Great answer!!!!!!!!! I do not have that setup but it made me look under the center of the arms and I noticed that the center is suppose to come down and rest on the center part of the body........ Mine was grooved out real bad and one of the two arm gussets broke off making the arms rest too far down.... Thanks for the info, ended up welding in a piece of square tubing to the center body area and now the arms sit real nice....Thanks
Now it seems that there would be enough room to run tracks if I can get some to fit my tires 27-8.5X15 not sure if their buy-able or need to be made?
