The machine wants to roll forward and not stop when I come off the gas pedal. I notice this when I was bogged. I left off the loud pedal, but the wheels keep spinning.
I was digging out using the bucket some soil. Had the foot pedal down trying to get under the grass. When the grass gave way, I came off the gas but the machine keep going forward and I had to use the brakes to stop even though there was no throttle
Any ideas as thus is dangerous

I am not familiar with that machine but maybe I can point you in the correct direction.

On older machines and some new:
Stuck throttle cable.
Bad throttle cable return spring.

On newer electronic machines:

Bad throttle sensor.
Throttle sensor not mounted correctly. ( when you were jamming down on the throttle something may have bent or come loose)
Bad wire or ground.

also, how high does your idle seem? if its idling too high it might be driving things on you

does it also do this in reverse? or just drive/going forward?

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I'll check if it does it in reverse. Thanks again

The throttle is stiff to operate. I'll lube it and see. Thank you for taking the time to reply
