Hello, Winter is coming and I am thinking about buying a pair of tire chains for my New Holland L170. Does anyone have any info about which type work the best or the best place to buy them ??????? Any help will be appreciated....thanks !!!!! Lucky

I have a bobcat 773, Bought 4 chains last winter from a man on e-bay, it made a world of difference in the snow, just be careful turning around on asphalt... Russb

Hi, Lucky: This is George from McLaren Industries. Our signature over-the-tire tracks, Portrac Series, would be a perfect solution for you. These a proven tracks, with thousands of active users nationwide, and a number of configuration options, including replacement snow shoes for some systems. If you're interested, you can check them out and request a quote online at http://mclarenusa.com/protrac/protrac-over-the-tire-tracks-for-skid-steer-loaders.html.

I purchased a pair of chains for my 742B from my local Bobcat dealer. As I recall, they were Peerless truck chains but fit my flotation tires perfectly and are very strong.
The price was very reasonable and I have used them plowing snow for the past four winters and they are still in great shape. I just mount them on the back tires and that seems to work fine.
