Did a search and did not find anything, manual is vague at best, any one with experience care to describe the replacement of the pin, bob tach end of the tilt piston? 630 model Thanks

Remove bolt holding the pin in place, knock the old pin out and the new one in, install bolt, grease.
Really is pretty simple.
If the bushing in the cylinder eye can be replaced, you should do that too. Some times they get so worn, you need to get a new eye welded to the stick. Hopefully yours is not that worn.

My old pin has a bolt on one end and the other looks like it may have a flange to keep it from sliding out. The new one has a threaded hole on the end opposite the bolt. Should I have also gotten some sort of bolt and washer for that end as well? How difficult would you say it is to remove the sleeve? Any special tools? Thanks

Good point, it could be for a grease nipple.
If it has a bushing, it can be rather hard to remove. Check it has one first, if so, you can run a bead of weld along it to get it to shrink a little and knock it out. They can be rather tight. But make sure it has a sleeve, not what you think is one. I have made this mistake before as the sleeve wouldn't move, it didn't actually have one.....
