Hello, We were running our bobcat 753 s/n 515843577 most of morning. Went to get another load of dirt with truck, came back machine turned on but bucket would not move. Looked at light panel, the tilt/lift light is not on. Checked, no codes showing up. I can't seem to find what the problem is to be able to fix. I can see similar issues on different machines in forums and youtube. I am thinking it might be the coil solenoid or actuator. Does anyone know how I can test and/or narrow it down? I am leaning more towards the solenoid, but I got no light flashing. From what I can tell about the actuator they recommend replacing both but it would be great if I could check if that is the problem before ordering 1800 parts, :). Thanks a bunch for any help!!!

If the light isn't coming on, i think a sensor may not be working to tell it to disegange the lock.I guess it's possible that the coil is bad, but generally it will flash an error if it is bad, open, short etc.
The seat bar light comes on when youlower the bar? does your machine have a seat switch? they are very common to fail in older machines that had them fitted.

Yes the light for the seat switch comes on. The machine moves but the bucket is like dead, it just drags and does not lift or move. I can move the foot pedals if I really push on them but nothing. I assumed that the seat sensors are working since I can move it and the light is on. Not sure how to test. Someone suggested the solenoid, changed that it didn't help. We changed the left bics in january. When I went to lift the cab, I noticed the bolts were not super tight. I also put new bolts and nuts on the cab frame to tighten down the cab after I lifted it. Still no light. I did also find a fuse labeled bucket lift in panel, replaced that and light still not on.

Hi, we have extensive experience in repairing Bobcat equipment. We will try to help you. So, if the "lift & tilt valve" LED on the left panel is off, there is a fault on the "hyd. Lock solenoid" circuit. If you press and hold the "light" button (to get the error code) you get NONE, then you may have a problem on the main controller. This controller can be repaired by us. Contact us. You can find us on www.isoscell.com

We tried a new bics same problem. the tilit/lift light is not coming on, no error codes, machine can move but can not lift the bucket or tilt the bucket.

Mt55 lift-tilt locked out. I remove the oil sensor wire & controls work & cooling fan comes on. Fuel gauge is pegged beyond full. Relays & fuses OK-- maybe a solenoid?
