Simple job, prices are different depending on where you are.
The biggest issue is the wear, if the bobtach end has worn badly, you need more than just a new pin and bushing. Many get so bad that you need to weld a new boss on the end or bore the end of the ran rod out to accept an over sized bushing.
How bad is yours?

some play when digging...I am a machinist, can the bushing be cold rolled steel ? If so I think I could make the boss or bushing...have not looked at the end of the cylinder yet.

For bushings i always use 4140, this way i can harden them and they last. I don't know if cold rolled steel would be hard enough. If you keep it greased and replace it when it wears i see no problem though.
It sounds like you have all the gear to do the job though. I'd never be able to live without my lathe.
