tilt cylinder 610 BobCat

Cap came off end of tilt cylinder, the cap threads stripped. Can I fix this somehow without buying a new cylinder?

If you or someone you know has access to a lathe you can make a new cap but I would think that the threads in the tube are bad also if it blew the cap out. If you can't make one take whole cylinder to a hydraulic shop and see if it can be repaired.
