I just checked their website - www.thomasloaders.com and spoke with one of reps at the company. They are back, the parts order is going through consistently as well as loaders sales. If you are stuck on something, just contact them directly. Finally, I got all my questions answered, and I'm happy to have them back.

just purchase a Thomas 1200, and I have been really impressed with their level of service.. Not many companies are willing to bend over backwards to help someone learn about such an old machine...If the day comes I can be in the market for a new skid steer, Thomas has earned my sale..

I only have heard good things about Thomas. I Prefer a simpler machine. Kinda think other brands are making skid steers way to complicated. When time comes for me to purchase a new skid steer. I WILL give them a call. Have a nice day. Sam
