Lots of questions today, anyone know if there is a temp gauge made that would work with a Wisconsin air cooled engine?

Yes, there are lots of them. Since it's aircooled, probably have to go with a thermocouple and a cylinder head temp gauge. The main problem with that type is that you could have one cylinder running hot and not pick it up, unless you have all 4 monitored. Could possibly go with oil temp, but once again by the time you got a reading that something was amiss the damage could be done.
